Highland Lake Snowmobile Club first annual Vintage Sled Show and Shine. Saturday March 20, 2010. 8 am till when ever. This is a show and shine only with no trophies or fees. The club is also sponsoring the "2010 KING OF THE MOUNTAIN" Snowmobile hill climb at SKI SAWMILL, 383 Oregon Hill Road, Morris Pa. 16983

This is a first time event and depending on participation the club has told me next year they would sponsor trophies. This is a ski lodge with downhill skiing, snow tubing, a warm lodge with good food, not to mention the 200 plus late model sleds, drag racing up the ski slope in a side by side competition.
On the vintage side, we will have our own designated area. Your sleds must run/drive, as the show area will be located part way up the slope adjacent to the race course. Its about 100 yards from the parking area. We ask that your sleds are in good working order/safe as there will be many spectators and we want no one hurt. We will get a shot at this mountain during intermission. That's roughly lunch time. So bring it on boys.
I hope to lead us on an unscheduled ride, on the property if I can get permission from the owners. This is NOT a vintage drag event. You are more than welcome to race anything. You must follow the rules as posted in the link above. You will classified by engine size, with the big boys.

The New York State Snowmobile Association will be having their first antique snowmobile show being held at the annual Forum on April 17th at the Holiday Inn located off exit 37 from the New York State Thruway. Event:Whetstone Valley Vintage & Antique Snowmobile Show & Swap
Join us June 4th and 5th at Lake Farley Park in Milbank, SD for our annual show. We will be judging on Saturday for awards in classes including Antique and Vintage Sleds, Customs, Cutters, Raced Sleds, Mini Bikes Peoples Choice and Longest distance traveled to attend our show. There will be a silent auction Saturday morning with proceeds going towards the show so bring any items you would like to donate. The Swap meet will be going both Friday and Saturday. Camping is available on site Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, the city has added a few full hookup camp sites which will be available. Saturday night we will again be having an awards banquet with a meal. Food Concessions Available Friday and Saturday.

Hey Iowa guys! The ISSA is hosting the 2010 International Snowmobile Congress and needs our help. On Thursday, June 10, from 5:30 pm to 10:00pm, we are hosting the offsite entertainement evening for the ISC attendee's at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Iowa City. There will be a classic car show, tractor show, garden tractor pulls, and Antique and Vintage sled show. We need sleds! I know it is a thursday evening, but it would be a great oppportunity to show your stuff to sledheads from around the globe. For participants there will be provided; a free ribeye steak sandwich diner, event plaque, free admission, music and fireworks. It will be possible to set up ahead of time and the grounds are monitered and secure. Machines and trailers could also remain until the weekend if need be. We need your help, we have one opportunity to make this event memorable. Lets show them what Iowa has to offer!

This is the 2nd. Annual Antique tractor and Vintage Snowmobile show.We have camping, kids games,antique tractor show and parade, hit and miss motors ect. The show is for 3 days.June 11-13, if ya wanna show up and show your sled all 3 days thats great if ya wanna show just 1 day that works too. Last yr. was the Antique snowmobile first show and we had 22 sleds. This is a NON-JUDGING show. Come join us for Benzie Manistee Snowbirds Second Annual Vintage Snowmobile Show and Swap located in the Kaleva village park in Kaleva MI. 49645 on July 17th 2010 9am to 3pm. The 4th Annual Central Wisconsin Show and Shine vintage snowmobile show and swap meet. I have brought back the swap meet because people asked for it. They need something do between the judging and awards. Don't have a great deal of space but we can make it work. This event is in conjuction with the AWSC Fall work shop. In the past Scorprus r us, Derby Track, Donahue Super Sports, Auto Select and Fahrner Excavating were sponsors looking forward to their help again this year and we can use anyone who loves this sport to help. In the past we have had 14 classes. Watch for more details. The event will be held in Stevens Point at the Ramada Inn again this year. Right off of I39. People will see your snowmobiles from the Highway. Last year we had a lot of drive bys stop and look. Look forward to seeing you there again this year. Looking at making a website with pictures from past years soon, help with this will also be appreciated. Will keep you updated on this.
