as much as it pains me to do this i am selling my 1975 merc sno twister.
i have owned this sled for the last 22 years and in the past 3 have started to restore it and have come to relize that at this point i will never get it done due to lack of time and funds.
2 years ago the motor was freshend up and the bulk head was blasted and painted as well as the spindles and tierods,the sled is pretty complete
and was in decent shape before this was started it needed cosmetics
the hood needs some glass work but is by no means junk,the bellypan needs to be replaced(air scoop damaged) the pipes are decent recently blasted and coated,track is picked (was set up for ice drags witch it was really good at) and in good shape.it has been indoors for the last 15 years and i havent rode it an that amount of time all the parts that i have to finish come with it i might even have a extra hood thats in nice shape.i know its all apart but the fact remains it is a sno twister.

all over-lay/in-lay. drawn by hand, cut with razors and scissors and sewn with the utmost precision if I don\'t say so myself. Everything seen is basically for our use only..........I test myself to how much detail I can get with each project. Snowmobile seats are a piece of cake compared to this stuff. call me please with any questions and I would love to have some side work:) You have to see it to beoieve it....touch and feel alos. Definitely a textural deal if you get my drift.

For Sale: I have two used 1976 Mercury Sno-Twister S/T rear grab handles. The handles measure 6 1/4 by 4 3/4. Center to center on the mounting holes is 5 1/4. The nicer one(2nd pic)is $35.00 + shipping. The one with the small gouges(3rd pic)is $25.00 + shipping. Both include the 2 small metal plates around the rivet/bolt holes. Hi I spose I should give you all some info sled has 28.1 original miles on it also comes with orginal cover has a little crack in the windsheild and some slight wear from sitting around for 40 years but she super clean hard to find them like this any more once again thanks for looking. |
