71 634 puma, sitting on self for about 7 years, new montana pipes when you could buy them repo, NOS tach, speedo and head temp gauges(not hooked up), new seat from when jim peterson was selling them, metal flake fiberglass belly, purple windshield, rechromed rear bumper, rebuilt 634 hirth was rebuilt by the high school shop class before installed but needs a carb, correct skis with chrome shocks, new hood and decals, correct tag, $3500 obo, staying on self unless sold. thanks |

I have a 1977 Moto Ski Snopro Super Sonic I just got And I am looking for some information on it. I need the clutch alignment specs along with what is the correct belt. The sled has the 440 in it. I would like to find out the most I can on the sled so if anyone could call and help me out it would be greatly appriciated.

Really nice! Ready to ride. Could be a restoration project if you wanted not much to do. 5,800 miles, 500 Fan cooled, comes with original Arctic Cat cover although it has one small hole and one tear. For sale 1976 yamaha srx drag project. sled was taken down to bare chassis, fresh base clear painted bulkhead, the front has been widened like the 78. belly pan has been patched up, tunnel is straight, has added sheet metal on top of tunnel. has a custom seat that hinges in the back so it can be lifted up to access pipes, was built to have pipes go under the seat and exit towards the back, the steering post was also modified to clear the pipes. Has a original 76 srx track and suspension and drive in very good cond. stock chain case.Has some older shorter steel skis. Motor is a 78 bottom end that has been modified to case reed, the reeds look like maybe yz 490,or vmax 600 are simular, the reeds are boysen, the carb flanges are for 40-44mm carbs. The case was modified so cylinders are turned around so pipes go straight out the back and carbs face forward. Cylinders are sleeved with no intake ports since it is now case reed. motor needs to be finished, bored and assembled , have new .010 and .020 pistons and gasket set. Also comes with a extra crank. The heads are 78 SSR 8H0. Motor has complete ignition also. The sled was pretty complete minus carbs, clutches and pipes but I have the spec sheets for all the pipe dimensions from vitos. The motor was built by Vitos performance in Michigan back in the 90's was said to run pretty strong back then. I have more pics. $ 1500 obo Thank's |
